Had 4 new Michelin tyres fitted, then followed up with the dreaded puncture repair only a week later! Replacement tyres were fitted whilst I wandered around Malton for an hour or two. Puncture repair was amazing, dropped off late afternoon and they called first thing the next morning when ready for collection. Everything was very organised and efficient. As important, I felt I could trust their advice and service and I couldn’t help but regret my previous visits to the national chains. We suffered a puncture on the way to Whitby which wouldn't be fixed by the road. Breakdown managed to get to us in time to get us to Ian Brown 15 mins before closing time on a Friday.
